one of my dear friends, pres, introduced me to this blog. as we were talking about today’s significance and reading the blogger’s Martin Luther King entry on his speech, a fire re-ignited in my heart that reminded me to dream big and expect greater.

insecurities can smother the small fire that i have but it’s the very flaws that exude a greater light. being great is not achieving perfection. rather, being great is surpassing perfection through our imperfections. being great is allowing Jesus to lead. Philippians 2.

“But recognize that he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.  That’s a new definition of greatness.”
